Qualisell Survey & Consulting Ltd. accomplished the first waves of mystery shopping visits into shops selling two famous international brands of sports and casual clothes.
The principals of the research were MSM and Bare International.
Data on the following main criteria were gathered during the covert visits:
Staff professional skills and interaction with customers in the sales area
Up selling and cross selling skills
Observing corporate standards
On top of that, for one of the two brands it was assessed how well the store interior, look of the staff members and displays reflected the brand spirit.
